The leasing process
In employee leasing, the contract of employment is established between Pocofa and the employee. We take care of the employer's obligations, such as pensions, insurance, payment of sick and parental leave and statutory occupational health care. Pocofa Ltd and the client leasing the temporary worker sign a business contract. You will receive a receipt for your personnel costs.
You outsource the employer's risk to us and use the provided labour according to our contract. The number of employees can be adjusted according to your needs. You also save the time normally spent on recruitment and other administrative tasks. A labor management relationship is formed between your company and the employee.
